There are not many places left in Delft where something valuable can be built.

For such projects an open contest between the best ideas should be made. 

Delft is a city of a Technical University students and Professors. Great ideas perfectly suitable for both Gemeente and Delftians could come from the local professionals, those who really care about Delft.
